Transforming
frontier use cases into intuitive UI for
AIOZ Network

MISSION: Reimagine UI in an emerging AI environment and create branded content for the blockchain-enabled distributed computing platform.

OPPORTUNITY: AIOZ Network offers distributed compute, streaming, and storage, enabled by a token-rewarded community of users or 'nodes', each contributing idle compute cycles and storage to serve the network. The AIOZ token has a $1B market cap and is listed on major exchanges. With a wide array of use cases, and an extensive knowledge base for developers, AIOZ Node users, and investors, I was tasked with redesigning the AIOZ web experience to better promote the service and provide visitors with improved access to the most relevant content.

Rather than a superficial redesign, I redefined the brief—identifying an opportunity to position the client as a leader in a new UI paradigm, one built for the emerging AI environment. I proposed the creation of a custom AI agent experience: Ask AIOZ AI, replacing legacy, page-based navigation as the primary interaction modality. The agent serves as a brand ambassador and custodian of the existing knowledge base, summarizing relevant content and linking the user to full-form documents in the library based on the user's requests. Additionally, the agent itself is built on the AIOZ Network, doubling as a demo of the network's distributed compute capabilities.

Beyond a UI refresh, the relaunch (set for release in Q3 2025) also redefines the backend CMS experience. In place of labour intensive page updates, the majority of updates simply require an update to the knowledge base. As the agent is directed to conduct its interactions based on the contents of this library, any update to these documents automatically redefines the dataset driving agent interaction.

To wrap this all in a compelling visual layer, I worked with a 3D and motion team to create animated assets for use within the redesigned web experience, AIOZ Node desktop app, AIOZ Wallet mobile app, and social media presence
