Helping startup Blissco Cannabis find their happy place
CHALLENGE: Help startup brand Blissco Cannabis navigate a heavily regulated space while communicating a unique identity in a rapidly evolving market full of fledgling brands.
ART DIRECTION UX/UI BRANDING PACKAGING
SOLUTION: I drew on my experience in the cannabis space to design a branding and packaging system for Blissco that respects regulations while still achieving a fresh, appealing, unique look and feel. With a focus on health, pain management and social responsibility, I helped Blissco position themselves as a first-to-respond brand by creating an inclusive and politically aware messaging system that feels modern and free of dated cannabis culture stereotypes.
We achieved this through the creation of a series of ‘activist-healer’ profiles on social media as a vehicle to educate their target audience, leveraging personal and compelling storytelling — empowering customers to take action on their own health by incorporating medicinal cannabis into their wellness regiment ■
